First and foremost, as a leading manufacturer with robust R&D capabilities, one of our mission is to deliver 3D scanning solutions tailored to diverse needs. Each of our products has different focuses based on continuous user and market demands.

However, it’s important to note that the introduction of new models does not render your existing scanner obsolete, as it still retains its functionality and value as a tool.

Regarding the issue with the screen not maximizing, we have taken note of this issue during the release of the new software version and have urged our development team to fix this bug. You mentioned the difficulty in using the accessories. We provide two solutions for this:

  1. You can directly send a message to our customer service email at customer@revopoint3d.com to communicate with our customer service team. They will assist you in resolving the issue, and if the accessory is faulty, we can provide a replacement.

  2. You can post a detailed description of the problem you encountered in this "support & Feedback section, we will actively reply and solve your problem.

While introducing new products, we have been committed to the continuous development of the Revoscan software to ensure its compatibility with all Revopoint 3D scanners, including both old and new models.

We acknowledge that with the ongoing updates to the software, new issues may arise. We are actively collecting feedback regarding the software and communicating with our development team to address issues and consider new features suggested by users.
