Inspire 2 Laser Mode Not Working

I’ve had the Inspire 2 for a week, and the laser mode was working fine. However, today it stopped working and is no longer functioning. I uninstalled and reinstalled Revo Metro, but that didn’t help. When I activate laser mode, Revo Metro crashes, and the same thing happens on my phone.

My device setup: AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX,GeForce RTX 5070 8GB, 32GB RAM, Samsung S24. The scanner crashes on both devices, regardless of the connection, whether wired or wireless. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

There is no laser mode available on the phone . Only infrared Full Field.
Laser mode is only available on computer via Revo Metro.

For technical assistance regarding your device. Since it happens on both phone mobile app and computer, there may be something off with the device.
