I caved in and asked support about the eta. Yes mine will be shipped in the next batch after the holidays. woohoo!! So that’s a new scanner aligned with a new bass guitar all at once

I reached out to customer service a few days and they let me know that my order would so with the second batch. Maybe the second batch is going out because I received an email an hour ago stating that my order is on the way.
There’s not much info yet. It just shows “on the way” with shipping method is “shipping”.
Is there any number ? You can check via Google what carrier it is ..
I think some shipping started this evening already for the Online store but not for all products.
Hi @tokyopav all shipping with Metro pro will resume on October 9 with second batch if you don’t got it already.

Recived my Inspire 2. Not super impressed with my first scans tbh… Maybe should have gone Y (already have Metro X so wasn’t sure if it was worth upgrading).

If you own MettoX you don’t need MetroY , that would be downgrading , unless you go for MetroY Pro.
I still waiting for INSPIRE 2 , hopefully next week.
I glad to see some one actually got the Metro Y pro, I order the Metro Y Pro on September 10 after having extremely trouble with the Raptor Pro and yet to receive tracking information on the product.
I think what is most important is for us that pre-order units, get it before amazon. I decided to buy direct because of my experience with Rapture Pro
Any case I been looking for some 3rd party reviews of Metro Y Pro.

That is good to here, I am just a retired geek but I enjoyed technology. I should never gotten competitor products. Big mistake. I have issues with K2 Plus combo.
That scanner you purchased from competitors is is already outdated since it only scan 600K points per sec what is slower than even MetroX , MetroY PRO is already double faster and have additional modes ( 5 total) and 14 extra cross lines for more precision and speed , technically already double faster and more advanced.
On top remember that Revopoint design and produce own devices , they can improve it any time or repair if needed , C.reality is just an reseller from other companies , they do not produce anything , just selling products created by others. So beside their LOGO, there is nothing theirs, it’s just an Online Store. Huge difference!

The good news is that money was is in bank for other product which I never could get to work. I was frustrated and because of support, I was concern IF and big IF it ever work that it would be after return period. To me it seam like with the 3d printer it becoming a money drain of parts, but I ran stuff thought Co-pilot and it help, one big problem I had was switching between PLA and PETG
It sounds like I made a good decision with Metro Y Pro.
I already have ideas and my newphew and sister’s husband work for company that will likely purchase one of more Metro Y Pro’s. The company uses SolidWorks
I did order revo design but not sure a good idea.
I am looking ever day for shipment notification.

How is the new Metroy Pro holding up in system requirements because of the additional points per sec? is 64gb and a recent octacore still enough to power it smoothly?

Did you pay extra for dhl shipping? I think shipping was free on my order so not sure what carrier they use for Australia. Hopefully DHL.

Working just fine on my i9 14th Gen 64GB & 4060 8GB laptop , but preferably even faster in Turbo ( Gaming) mode .
Full Field and Auto mode still working fine even on my Win 11 i7 gen 8th tablet . But lasers modes not usable, too slow.

No , no extra costs . DHL was smooth without surprises.
My MetroY Pro was shipped from China’s Warehouse, but not all going out from the same Warehouses or country. I believe some go also from Revopoint’s Malaysia Warehouses as well.
So not sure what carrier the logistics team will / used for a specific orders or countries.
But I am sure they will use DHL for USA, since UPS was and still is a nightmare here with packages from overseas due to the new tartifs laws.
The shipping of the second batch begins in next 2 days. Tomorrow everyone back in office again.
Hopefully my Metro Y Pro will ship in next batch and before Amazon gets any of them. So far nothing on it which again makes me happy that I decided to purchase directly from Revopoint 3d

Yesterday I arrived my MetroY pro, I’m from Spain.
The product look likes great!. But at this moment only it works with my older i7 8th gen with 32gb. I have too a mac mini m4 but mac app still in process..

My old Win 11 i7 8th Gen tablet don’t works with laser modes only Full Field and Auto mode .
I wonder if connecting my portable RTX 3090 ti 24 GB will make any difference since the CPU is definitely too slow for laser mode.
It may works !
The minimum CPU requirement is i7 12th generation .
The MAC version suppose to be done in the early days of November from what I know or early.
Thanks for the information, I’m afraid I’ll have to wait until November to be able to use it 100%.
