Has anybody received their MetroY , PRO, INSPIRE 2?

Yes like saying the scanner don’t exist and other stuff , that’s making stuff up and not a truth.

I said that I doubt I get my order delivered because USA customs are bottlenecked and my last order with a scanner was stuck in the customs for 20 days in August and nothing or nobody can do anything about it but wait patiently…

Will my new order arrive on Friday? Only the custom can answer me that question because Revopoint already did their job on 29 … and that’s my private company order , no special treatment.

This is not a complaining thread , you have issues contact online store for direct answers regarding your order .

Or post here you all your personal info with email and order , name and I will check on your order status via my line to CS .

I don’t have issues with you posting your experience, I have issues with you making stuff up.

Oh so you going after the guy who agreed with the “conspiracy theory”, but I call it a likely scenario given the fact I received no official emails from revopoint regarding delays. So it seemed plausible to me, but I’ve only actually stated my real experience, “conspiracy theory” didn’t come from me scroll up.

So it looks like they shipped one? lol I ordered mine on August 27th and I emailed them on Friday to ask when it was going to ship.

The response I received was:

“Due to high demand, orders are being shipped in batches, starting from September 20. Your order will be dispatched shortly after that date, and tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of shipment”

Now that really doesn’t seem truthful to me. I replied back to them asking if it would ship before the holiday and haven’t received a response. At this point, I’m seriously considering canceling my order and buying a scanner from a different company.

yeah of course they are going to ship it to their moderator first. lol.

we’ve just been out here with zero email updates. zero communications. “oh they are available 24 hours on social media” very well, then why not update all the people who preordered this thing, spent almost two grand, with what the heck is going on.

it will be shipped in batches starting september 20th? yeah? wouldnt some people have them by now? they dont. whens my batch coming? how many per batch. zero information.

this is not how you launch a product, i dont care what sort of excuses you make for them.

Again you are welcome to share your experience. Bad or good or whatever as long it is true , and the same to everyone else .

So what was your order number again and email ? Because I want to check on your communication with the customer service to make sure you got proper responses .

Not so fast , my company ordered one and not even under my name , nice try but did not worked .

It was also shipped from one of the warehouse and not the office . Your propaganda did not worked. I have already MetroY shipped one month ago.

I get delays, tariffs and the like, but no communication is not acceptable.

Furthermore, this border nonsense was known and the inevitable delays was never conveyed at the point of purchase.

Communication or lack of, will only hurt the bottom line.

I am more hesitant for future purchases as a result of this…

The customer support email people said last week that my Northern California-destined shipment would ship out on September 30th/today, so I hope to receive tracking information today :slight_smile:

I don’t want to join in with the complaints, BUT……… can people stop complaining - I started this thread because I knew we wouldn’t know where and when things were shipping until they shipped, this was clearly outlined when I ordered.

As I said in my first post, I did a similar thing day 1 when I preordered a games console from the US, it was exactly the same, no information, no communication, no idea where we even were in the queue, and people didn’t moan and complain, people were excited and waiting for something special.

The whole point of this thread, is that it gives people some idea of when things start moving, its supposed to be beneficial to the community here, I’d be deleting any posts that aren’t directly related to the follow topics if I had the ability.

When you did order
What is your region
When did you get your shipping notification
When did your scanner arrive.
Any delays, mothernature, national holiday, import issues etc
Anything discussing the above 5 points etc etc

Can we please move any general discussion to a different thread or please people start your own threads. Thanks.

So, I asked support a 2nd time if my Pro was going to ship before the holiday and they replied this time.

An excerpt from their reply:

“Your order is included in our second batch shipment and is scheduled to ship on October 10th.”

Sounds good, I wonder if they’re only shipping to US customers then, sounds like the last batch went there too. (Assuming the batches are regional)

Doesn’t look like it. A Taiwan user in the “Has anybody received their MetroY?” thread just got a tracking # for their pro

Received my tracking email today to the UK.

Ordered August 27, estimated delivery October 13.

The batches are not based on the region .

The shipping is according to the order date . That is what the sale team told me yesterday. And the first batch already has shipped .

Well the Holidays already started, it is October .1 in Shenzhen ! And I am officially off until October.6 but I keep an eye on things lol

My biggest fear has begun, will it pass quickly the customs or another 20 days in waiting like with UPS … I hope DHL is better organized with the new tariffs rules. :thinking:

Now not to be that guy but I bought a 3D printer earlier this year and it only got held in New York I think for like 4 days, but after it arrived I got hit with a $200 bill on it from Fedex. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone with the scanners but I would not be surprised. It was a $1300 printer and I got a $200 tariff.
