Do you know if they’re getting posted in batches regionally or individually? Is there enough stock for all the preorders?
I pre-ordered on August 22nd and haven’t received any updates regarding my order/pledge. Hopefully, it ships soon.

sorry @RusstyB but I don’t have that informations , it is out if my reach at this moment. The Logistics team and Warehouses handle that and they are in different locations and even counties.
I am waiting too for my order to be shipped.
I may have more info tomorrow / this evening EST .
Some updates .. the first Batch of the orders will be shipped before the national holidays. The second batch will be shipped after the holidays next Tuesday ET.

Any1 else who ordered metro y pro get a tracking number? Didn’t ship 21th, didn’t ship 24th or 29th. Now wait till after October 7.
Ok I’ll wait to not pay additional customs charges and to receive lower price but trust has been broken, face has been lost. I will not recommend revopoint to friends. When it’s time to upgrade metroy pro to something better I’ll remember this poor experience.

My guess is the Metro Y Pro doesn’t actually exist yet. I haven’t seen anything proving that they’ve been manufactured. No videos or anything. Some information would be nice.
At this point yeah your probably right. But why not communicate issues problems with customers and let them make choices. (Not directed to u jimmanator)
This no contact no updates, no website updates except to push the ship date farther makes me feel scammed.
The last thing I want, is the manufacturing process or the software to be rushed. I’m desperate to get my hands on the new scanner, but I want it to be right, not rushed, no Friday jobs - 100% perfect.
If a product launch is rushed, and it’s wrong, the consumers and the manufacturers will be equally unhappy because lots of hard work goes in to making these from the manufacturer and lots of hard work is expected from it by the owner!
I want it, but I’m waiting, and im happy to wait.
Not advocating for a rushed product either. Just looking for honesty and integrity with shipping dates

I can’t help you with your personal order information because that is not my division neither I have access to it . The Boss ordered the Warehouses to ship everything in 2 batches , so if not today or tomorrow morning EST , it will resume on October 6 EST.. That’s all I know.

Oh wow. Conspiracy theories? The official web site changed the delivery date 2 or 3 times. I was told buy a customer service rep last Wednesday it would ship last Friday……. Both not true. You yourself said u doubted I’d receive order on Oct 6th.
I’m simply stating my experience in a thread titled did u receive your metro y pro. Close the thread because customers tell their true experiences??
