Just to update this, the tracking isn’t live yet, they’ve created the number but according to FedEx they’ve yet to receive the package. Also as PUTV said, they’re coming from different places, mines coming from Hong Kong.
I think they maybe created the label and started the process as other items like scan markers were in stock so they’ve perhaps packaged them before they go back out of stock so the whole shipment will be ready when the scanners are eventually in, but as of yet, no movement!
Ah, same boat as me then, both UK customers! Hopefully they’ll move soon, mines for business use, the sooner I get it, the sooner I can start making money with it!

Cool quite a few people have received theirs now in the US, not sure any have landed elsewhere yet. what did you order, when and where are you?
I see posts from Spain, UK , Germany , USA, Tokyo with various scanners from MetroY & Pro to Inspire 2 , in the forum and the community including YT.
In place of wondering about , just contact customer@revopoint3d.com to get info about your own order straight away.
Because nobody else will provide the answer here for you.
I have emailed them a few times asking for a estimated date because I am now leaving town and I worry they will ship it while I am gone. They won’t give me an estimate, they just say soon and then say this week each time but it’s now been two weeks they have told me that. Seems like people are only getting a day or two notice once they get a tracking number which is not enough heads up imo. Seems pointless to email them.

I feel super lucky. Ordered Oct 04th direct from RevoPoint, and received notice today that my MetroY Pro has shipped. Expected on the West Coast of Canada on Friday Oct 17th via UPS.

Wow, I think West Canada must of all shipped mostly together. I ordered September 9 and just got the label created today, but it hasn’t shipped yet.

My Inspire 2 arrived this afternoon in Alaska … still way to go, hopefully it reach NYC by tomorrow as planned for delivery.
Ordered the Metro Y Pro on September 20th and just received an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow in the Netherlands via FedEx.
