Here in Australia, we have a small population but some of the strictest customs you can get, and it is individual shipments usually except from the US, we sometimes get consolidated shipments from the likes of the jungle store and flea bay, but in my experience, individual shipments are faster by quite a margin, but we are a country tthat exports raw material and imports finished goods as we have little maurfacturing any more we do export or tecnical expertise. I have found it easy to import and export, including to Europe, mostly to northern Europe. The paperwork is easy

Received the tracking info this morning, coming from Hong Kong to the UK, supposedly overnight (FedEx International Priority) to be delivered tomorrow?!

Still no notification. Ordered 3rd September. 
support said they’d prioritize it but nothing yet.

Support also said they would prioritize my order as I have a business client waiting for 3D scanning, but I still haven’t seen a tracking number (ordered 25 SEP 2025). I think they said it would arrive on the 20th of OCT, so I’m not sure if the prioritization is an actual thing or just a standard response.

Just to let you know, I order mind on Sept 10th, and it state preparing for shipment. Hopefully it goes out today

Interesting, I was told they do not prioritize orders on request but only in order they received them. I also have business riding on this that I stand to lose if I don’t get a move on it. I had asked about this when I ordered, even offered to pay for priority if that was a thing.
Ordered mine sept 16, also ordered large turntable with it- got notification this morning the turntable will be here Wednesday. No update on scanner yet though..
Seems like they are getting into September orders now- so hopefully they get through ours this week!
The large turn table is an existing item,so they probably have sent it earlier. I guess they have a lot of orders. My orders had some deletions because of duplicates of included items in the Metro Y Pro

Hi Eric , you see , I am working for Revopoint and still my ( private ) order was not picked up in the Malaysian Warehouse since last Friday and I ordered long before you.
I left a note for us all that waiting by the main office in Shenzhen to check on why it is delayed . Hopefully this evening I know more.

So they aren’t sending in pre order sequence. I ordered before you but you have received notification before me. That’s disappointing now.

The orders are going out from different Warehouse locations ( based on countries ) so one location ships it faster than another .
Right now they going out from Malaysia and Hong Kong Warehouses.
There was indeed priority note left on some orders (Ship it ASAP) so was on my order .

I preordered the 23rd, still no notification of any kind. Has anyone that ordered around that time for the US gotten a shipping notification yet?

I saw lots of orders delivered that was before yours. I just got notification for delivery on Thursday US , and ordered much early before yours .
