I found these online, they are 2 aligator clips joined together by titanium wire.
I needed to scan an extruder housing for my 3D printer, so i tried using the clips to position the object so I could easily scan it. iit looks messy, but it worked really well.
Nice! Just ordered some Clips, though not identical. I’ve found some with a magnet base - might also come in handy with the Dual-Axis Turntable 
Do you think of these?
They are great because of soft tipps, but the screw holes on dual axis turntable aren’t magnetic (enough?) so you will need some kind of adapters . For magnetic surfaces and light stuff , they are fine. Here I use them with revopoint’s magnetic kit and metal poles.
