Do you mean 6 frames per second ( FPS)
Auto mode is around 2-3 fps
Full Field mode around 12-13 fps
Laser mode only CPU ( at least 8 cores and 16 threads processor ) around 43-47 fps
Laser mode with GPU around 57-60 fps
Is that what you refer too ?
System updates can affect your system components , so make sure you have your latest drivers for your graphic card and the rest.

Yesterday i updade system, i see revoscan scan quality changed.
That’s not bad for cross line , the bust looks smooth .
Older versions of win10 do have some issues with Revo Scan MetroX, because it getting out of support in October anyway, so there will be limited support
Maybe the updated driver’s improved everything .
May by have different api driver, a coding way may need another road.

I need my scanner to work properly. That’s all I need in my personal life but there is another side to life.
I notice in your pictures here you are meshing at the highest quality. But you do not show what you fused the point cloud at. It is possible you are introducing noise into your scan by your processing parameters. Not everything has to be cranked to max.
I can share project if needed.
At one time I tried to measure a cloud of points on a flat surface. I get a wave from ±0.04 to ±0.08 mm.
Nick that is not the issue here , the Full Field and Auto mode do not scan proper. Even before the scanning I can see the issue.

I got confused current situation.
If seller not answer customer 72 hour - we got have full money back.
Support responded to me closer to our evening - about replacment the scanner.
I don’t know what doing in this situation, that jackpot not good for me.
I don’t know whats answer support - i not need a customs problem in my country with transfer scanner.
I liked production of RevoPoint, I really want to help in any way I can.

You need to sort it out with the support, they will send just the scanner and nothing else.
I did requested replacement because it is only one option here left to fix the problem.
