Revo Scan Keeps Disconnecting Anytime there is movement within the Camera

The Scanner is connected until I need to start scanning. I’ve restarted my computer and have tried different USB ports but it is not working. I do not know what the problem is, and I do not have a power pack so I cannot connect to this via wifi. What do I do?

Did you tried to check the camera privacy settings ? Usually it rest after win updates .

If set on for Revo Scan correctly and still not working please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for hardware issue .

In most cases your USB port don’t want to power the scanner properly, you may change the pory and find the best one that works .
