I just received my scanner yesterday. I set it up with my iPhone 11 Pro. Everything worked great! I completed my first scan. Now, I am unable to reconnect?! All the settings are correct (name, password, wifi off) but I still get the “Please Confirm” dialog. this is SO frustrating!
This had no affect. I am able to connect sometimes but then it won’t connect a second time. It is very sporadic. I was told to buy a USB adapter for my iPhone, which I did, but now all I get is “accessory draws too much power”.
Most smartphones cannot provide enough power. Get a Y-connector that has the proper plugs and an external power bank.
