Cannot transfer file from Phone to PC

Hi all. Just started using my Range 2 3D scanner. Downloaded software to both PC and phone,
Scanned ok on phone. Tried to transfer to PC but there isn’t an option for "Import from phone.
Please help

Both PC and phone are on the same wifi network

Hello, the software you are using is exclusive to MetroX and is not compatible with RANGE 2.

Please download Revo Scan 5, where you will find an option for “Import from Phone” under the File menu.

MetroX Revo Scan is only for use with MetroX scanner and nothing else .
