I recently read that another user was unable to get his scanner to work with Windows 11 until he received a massive update from Microsoft. NOTE: It took hours to download.
Check your Build number (press the Windows Start key and type “winver”) to verify the build is at least Version 22H2, build 22621.674
If necessary, press the Windows Start key and type “windows update”.
