What causes these lines ?
It is clearly coming from the camera. Moving the camera moves these lines.
In the end these lines can be seen in the scandata.
Somebody has a clue ?

Might be some dust on the glass/sensor. Better get in touch with customer@revopoint3d.com.
But notice changed office times over holidays.

You will need a technical evaluation because it looks like something is on the lens .
You can include the link to this thread with your email .
My has the same line, so I guess it’s normal?
No it is not normal. Revopoint replaced my device and now this line is gone.
By the way, the Revopoint Support was great.
