Maybe one of the cameras has gone out?

The top left and center screens are black. Absolutely nothing on them on auto or manual. I just got this a few months ago so I am not completely familiar with everything yet. There is no damage to the device. It’s in mint condition.

Your device is malfunctioning ( depth camera sensor) and I can’t help you here with that issue .
Please include your order number and describe your issue with picture , they will process it for you ASAP.
