Any particular reason why you are uing the old RevoScan 4 and not Revoscan 5?
did you simplify the point cloud maybe ? what version of RS are you using ? 5.4.2 ?
because it looks like you simplify the point cloud before meshing , Don’t do it , any processing of the point cloud will lower the accuracy .
Typo … should be version 5.4.2. I have not simplified the point cloud. Actually I have never used that function.

after meshing , Remesh the mesh using the mesh simplify … it will uniform the wire
