No, I can’t do it at all. There is no option to select it.
This means there are not yet updates for you , the new firmware update will pop up automatically when it is available for your device.
I received an email saying that the new firmware is available.

Maybe they unlocking it periodically with batches to avoid overloading of the server . Just guessing !
