I would like to know if there is any news about supporting mac OS for Trackit. We just received it and were surprised it’s not working on our Mac M1 max 64gb… I tried with parallels but I can’t get the software to launch at all.
If you have any update or solution on this, please let me know because we bought this expensive scanner for an important job and now we are stuck….

Currently Trackit do not works on MAC computers .
The product page states that it only support PC at this moment.
Where you got a Revo Trackit for MAC ? There was never release for MAC.
I will ask the team this evening if they have any dates when it will be available for MAC users.
BTW to run Trackit in future on MAC OS ,you probably will need at least
CPU: M3 Pro/M4
RAM ≥ 18GB

There is not yet ETA regarding Revo Track for MAC.
