First, I want to express my appreciation for your exceptional products. I am a long-time user of your scanners, starting with the Miraco and now using the Metrox. I truly enjoy your software and the advanced capabilities it offers.
However, I have a suggestion that could greatly improve the user experience when editing scans. Currently, when selecting areas to remove, the selection tool also affects hidden or back-facing surfaces behind the selected area. This can make precise editing more challenging.
I would love to see an option or feature that allows users to paint or mark only visible areas for removal, without affecting surfaces behind them. This enhancement would provide greater control and make the editing process much more intuitive.
Iâm a big fan of your work and look forward to seeing how your software continues to evolve. I hope this feedback is helpful and that you might consider implementing this improvement in future updates.
no, I donât understand the icon, how is it supposed to work? I donât know if you understand what Iâm describing.
it will pierce everything, why doesnât it just do that one surface?
If you click on the icon and select it , only the normal that facing you , will be selected , if you unclick the icon both sides of the normal will be selected .
Nothing else to it , simple function.
