Certainly because the turn table go too fast, for now.
Sorry for that,
I recommend you to put black gloves and do it by hand 
it’s my personally preferred method

What Zoltan3D says, and there is probably too much stuff in the background. Try putting something black and matte behind the model.

I got a box and painted it flat black on the inside. Point it away from a window and scan on your turntable. It helps a lot.
