Scan of Inspire

Well met!

I am working on a handle for the inspire and are wondering where I could get hold of a scan or even better a model of the Inspire so I can reverse engineer the cavity for the inspire. I only have one 3D scanner, the inspire so it is kind of a catch 22 problem for me at the moment.

Do I have to aware of any thermal considerations if I partly cover the scanner with the handle?
