Revoscan 5 hanging on phone / ipad

Hi,
I haven’t used my Pop 2 for a while and decided to try and get back into it. I have connected it my mobile phone using both wired and wireless (using the hand held stabiliser) and it connects just fine, showing the camera view inside the application. However when I press scan, it scans for about a second and the software freezes, then when I stop the scan the software begins working again (not having to reopen it) but nothing has been scanned other than whats caught within that first second. This also happens when I use it on an ipad using the wireless function. However it works absolutely fine on my PC when its plugged into it

Can anyone offer any advice?

My phone is a Samsung S25 Ultra
iPad is the newest gen 13 inch Pro

For power I’ve used both the battery handle it came with and the battery on the hand held stabiliser. I don’t know if its just not getting enough power maybe?

Looks like the handheld stabilizer doing it and the button have the wrong function response, did you tried just the scanner itself connected to your phone ? To see if it do the same ? Or it is just while using the stabilizer?
