Revopoint POP firmware

Hi I am trying several days to send email to Revopoint with my pdf
Special Statement on Product Firmware Upgrade. I always get an error:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to all of its recipients.

501 Bad address syntax.
So please what is correct email address to send email to revopoint. The same I get in case of use
customer@revopoint3d.com.

Sorry, there was something wrong with our mailbox. Now the problem is solved.

You can send the documents to forum@revopoint3d.com again.
