Great Product Support from Revopoint!

I’ve had the misfortune of having both my original POP and more recently my POP2 scanners go bad. Each time the Revopoint support people have been fantastic. I made a movie of the problem (eg. POP2 has stopped working - YouTube ) and sent it to support@revopoint3d.com on 5/9/2022. A new unit was shipped from China on 5/12/2022. On 5/23/2022 I got the shipping label and instructions of how to send the defective unit back for analysis. I received a replacement unit this morning 5/26/2022. Even with COVID going on, the Revopoint team is getting things done. Thank you Olivia, Cassie, Agnes, and Ela Marie.
