Has anyone else had issues with the new software/firmware update? I updated to 5.3.87.20260601 and now when I am scanning in feature hybrid hd. Both screens on the left side will “flicker” and my model will jump and lose tracking. You can see the “other” cats in the background of the scan. Didn’t have this issue before the update.

Recalibrate and try again.

You need to recalibrate the scanner after firmware update as Ivan mentioned already and change the exposure settings to lower , it already losing tracking the settings is to high , you model can’t turn red , lower it down or set to Auto .
I ran the recalibration just now, it came back as passed. The screens still flicker/glitch but I am not getting the tracking jumping I previously had. I keep all the settings on auto, but only had them changed before taking the video to see if it was anything else I needed to modify. I can deal with the flicker if it captures correctly. Fingers crossed. Thank you both!
Recalibration fixed marker recognition/tracking, as expected. But the flickering migjt be caused by some hardware problem on POP 4’s (cable connection?)or on your PC’s side. Probably best to reach out for official support
