Revo scan 5 hang when i use it

Hello,

First try of my Pop 2 (A21A1611206F00A54) last firmware and revo scan 5.3.1 on my windows Windows 11 Family 23H2 in french.

Several falls application and even system hang (need to reboot !) when i use Revo scan…
I’ve checked the PC RAM, no problem and reinstalled the application but that persists…
Do you have an idea of what i can do ?
