Quick Fix for Mac Users: "No Scanner Detected" with POP 4

If you are using a Mac and Revo Scan shows “No scanner detected” when connecting your POP 4, please check your system settings to ensure the driver is allowed to run in the background.

How to fix it:

  1. Make sure you downloaded the latest Revo Scan 6 software V6.2.2
  2. Go to System Settings > General.
  3. Select Login Items & Extensions.
  4. Under App Background Activity, find Revopoint 3D Technologies Inc. and make sure the toggle is turned ON.
