Problems running Revo Point v6 or v5.5 in Azure VM

Trying to share detail models from MIRACO scanners with my class, our college is reviewing adding Revo Scan to an approved list to install on my college assigned laptop. Until then, to demonstrate Revo Scan and share models from the MIRACO Plus scanner, I have been assigned an Azurelabs VM.

Problems: Revo Scan 5.5 loads models just fine, but the screen which would show the model is completely blank after loading the sample model of the little bust. No error message, nothing. Revo Scan 6 doesn’t load but shows a popup (image included below) and no matter what I enter into the popup, Revo Scan 6 never loads.

Any ideas what to do in the VM to get RS 5.5 and/or RS 6 to work on an Azure Labs VM?
