Problem starting with Revo scan 5

Hi, I’ve got a revo Mini and I’ve always used it with revo scan 4. Now I’ve installed Revo scan 5 but the only thing I see wile scanning is a black screen, like the mini doesn’t see anithing. Need to do something before start? Some option that I don’t activated? Fimrware?

EDIT: The scanner actualy get the points and create mesh, the only problem is that a can’t see any preview and I see the results only in a 2nd software like blender

Sounds like something is preventing it from rendering properly.

In the top right, click the gear and change the GPU Acceleration option and see if that helps.

If GPU rendering isnt working, it might be a driver issue or a windows setting preventing it from accessing gpu?
