I have problem with pop4 scanner - on Mac os - latest version of revo scan 6 (but version from 2 weeks ago has same problem) - single line scanning is not capturing any data, scanner switches to it, but I wave over objects and no data points is captured, markers are still visible and discovered properly.
Cross laser mode works fine. On windows PC single line works as expected.
Also updated scanner firmware to newest, still same result, recalibrated and still on mac os single line mode does not capture any data.
Increase your IR Brightness and Laser Brightness after switching.
On every switch of the Laser Mode it resets to a set standard value which might be too low for your object to be scanned properly.
