POP3 Drift Issues

I’m experiencing significant drift issues with my POP3 scanner. I’ve calibrated using both the board and rotation methods and tried various settings, but nothing seems to work smoothly. Even with marker tracking, the results are terrible.

Despite watching tutorial videos where the scanner works perfectly, my scans are always off and the results are unusable.

Am I doing something wrong? I’m really not happy with this product.
