Picture but no scan?

So i have a inspire that today just stopped working, tried on wifi with phone too and same issue. Is it gone or can i save it?

Why you use the Depth Cam exposure at level 10 ?

With the object you have right now it should be at lowest settings 1

If you still see nothing in the preview , restart the software and scanner, start the software first , then after the scanner .

If still nothing , I highly recommend you send email to customer@revopoint3d.com for technical assistance , they will check out if the projector still working correctly .

You can include the link to this thread in your email .
For faster response try to capture couple of seconds of your screen showing the issue .

Revo scan have also Screenshot capture function under the menu top to capture it proper for evaluation .

P.S since you tried it on the phone and the same issue , make sure exposure is set to lowest, and stay away from bright window lighting . INSPIRE is like night vision , it don’t need light to capture the surface unless you capture textures as well .

I suspect the projector got bad , because no preview or distance indicator . But the tech support will evaluate it and make decision on it

I tried all settings and nothing works. I bought it new but pre owned so no warranty

They can check serial number and see the production time and decide on it.
So make sure you write it down as well .
One of my friends got replacement at a very small additional cost after warranty was over. So grab your chance

Let them check it out first , maybe nothing serious and can be restored.
