Hello together,
I got myself an new computer with a GeForce RTX 50 Series GPU. I’m using the latest version of the Revo Scan 5 MetroX software for Windows V5.6.4. Still the software tells me I don’t have a compatible graphics card.
The recommendation on the Revopoint software is Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 or better. So why does this not work?
Could you please update your recommendations and list the supported GPU models that definitely work? This is misleading. People buy new GPU’s to improve their scanning experience, and find out they’re not supported.
