MIRACO aligning edited models

Hi guys, I’ve edited models and when I try to align them the scan goes back to the pre edited state.

For example I’ve scanned my face with my mouth open, and another scan of the side of my head with my mouth closed.

I’ve edited the parts of the scans I don’t want, but when I go to align he deleted parts come back.

Hi @charlesian2000

You edited in mesh mode , you need to edit in Fused mode , you only merging point clouds, no meshed .

That’s the only explanation possible in this case .
