I’m running 5.6.4 software, with firmware v2.1.81.20250303.
I’m trying to run the calibration, and I keep getting a "Failed to set camera parameters. Press OK to exit this calibration. Please reconnect your device and try again.
You click OK and it exits calibration mode.
I also encountered a problem, I can’t calibrate the scanner, and I also can’t check the existing calibration from 04/17/2025. I rebooted the computer and scanner several times, turned off the power and reinstalled Revo Scan 5 MetroX. I tried to calibrate on a laptop, the calibration starts and runs, but at the moment of writing data to the scanner, the Revo Scan 5 MetroX program crashes

make sure you are connected to USB 3, and it shows on the home page next to MetroX Image after your connect it .
