Cannot calibrate MetroX

Hello,

I’m running 5.6.4 software, with firmware v2.1.81.20250303.
I’m trying to run the calibration, and I keep getting a "Failed to set camera parameters. Press OK to exit this calibration. Please reconnect your device and try again.
You click OK and it exits calibration mode.

Any ideas?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article and try the suggested methods to see if they resolve the issue.

I also encountered a problem, I can’t calibrate the scanner, and I also can’t check the existing calibration from 04/17/2025. I rebooted the computer and scanner several times, turned off the power and reinstalled Revo Scan 5 MetroX. I tried to calibrate on a laptop, the calibration starts and runs, but at the moment of writing data to the scanner, the Revo Scan 5 MetroX program crashes

make sure you are connected to USB 3, and it shows on the home page next to MetroX Image after your connect it .
Technical assistance will help you out .

Did you try the instructions in post #2?

It worked perfectly for me.
