MetroX disconnects

I’ve had a MetroX for a couple weeks now. On several occasions, in the middle of a scan, the scanner disconnects then reboots itself. Wiggling cables doesn’t suggest a bad connection. Restarting the scanner and software doesn’t fix it. Anyone else experiencing this?

The scanner should not disconnect itself unless there is not steady power supply or issue with USB 3 , it maybe the cable connected to the scanner

Anyway the CS will help you out with this issue .
