I’ve tried calibration on my MetroX multiple times after it fails the accuracy test. I’ve run it on 3 different PCs running Windows 11 and it has failed at the same point each time on all 3. My main PC has a 132th gen i5, 96GB RAM and a 5070 graphics card. The two laptops are both identical with 13th gen i5s, 32GB RAM and 4060 graphics cards. It is plugged into a USB 3.0 port whenever I use the scanner. Everytime I try to calibrate, it fails with an error sending calibration data to the scanner. I’ve tried every USB port on all 3 computers. I removed RAM from my main down to 64GB. I’ve tried with and without scanning the QR code on the calibration board and nothing works. I get all the way through calibration and it fails at the sending data phase. I’m using Revo Scan MetroX 5.6.9 and firmwar v2.1.81.20250303. I don’t know what else to do.
Your best bet right now is to contact customer support
Please give load early version of Revo Scan you can find it on the download page by scrolling down . Try to calibrate it with 5.6.8
Make sure you use good lighting when checking calibration status , but not direct sunlight .
If still issues then please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for technical assistance.
Sorry to hear that , please contact customer@revopoint3d.com

“ Scanning the code is not really nesesery” the issue here is updating the firmware , the calibration file is stored on the computer but for some reason the scanner firmware don’t accept the new data , for that reason you need technical support as there is nothing you can do at this point.
Considering your calibration test failed as well ( what is not usual behavior ) , there may be something else at the hand so please don’t wait , and include the link to this thread so the support can see my first evaluation and move to next step.
Thank you. I will do that.
