I have issue regarding Depth camera * its not focusing *

picture is becoming blurry and scanning is almost impossible
it was working fine and suddenly became blurry .

any one had like this issue

hello there I bought pop mini and I scanned tow or three times then suddenly exposure become blurry and scanning become almost impossible , I want to know what the solution for it
