Issue connecting Range to iPhone via WiFi

I have an apple Phone and have never been able to get my phone to connect.

It is easy to connect , just connect Range to power source, then connect your iPhone to Range’s WiFi Network and start the Revo Scan app …

So after you did that , what happened?
Any more information would be helpful to find what is going on .
