I am lately between Miraco and Metro constantly and that is not the first time I mixed both lol “Metro Plus”

I saw the livestream and it shows exactly what I want for other scanners. Hopefully this feature will come to all scanners and all turntables.
By that I mean also for the old turntable because it actually does exactly what the new one does. If it fails because the old turntable doesn’t return its position, I would simply add a bit of wait time that the user can define per degree of rotation.

Yes it is the same it once was in the begining
It can work with all scanners , no special hardware needed .

Sort of on the same subject of continuous versus single shot scanning, is there a “best” turntable speed for the Miraco? I realise it depends on the diameter of the object being scanned, but a rough estimate of rotational speed at the perimeter?
For sure infrared scanners the turntable should be used as slower rotation and below 30 sec per rotation
I use fir infrared around 20-25 sec per rotation for Mini series and MetroX in Full Field mode usually 30 sec per 360 rotation .
If object is less complex use slower, if I next have lots of features you can get faster .
