Dual-axis Turntable programming from revoscan I can't find the function

After watching several videos on how to use the Dual-axis I decided to buy it, but now I can’t figure out if the movement programming function exists in revoscan, I see videos that use it but I can’t find it, I read that it was present but then removed but that it will be put back etc, yet I saw a video with MetroX which is new, so what am I missing? In the meantime I downloaded the app for Android but as far as I’m concerned it doesn’t work, it doesn’t perform correctly what I set, I also tried other phones but it does what it wants.

The MetroX Revo Scan is a separate software and the DAT working only in a specific ways to use with Auto Model.

Download this app to control the DAT
Make sure the location is on as it need to to connect.
This is not official app for DAT but it have all functions you ever need and working great .

Hi @rednet

What scanner are you using? Currently, only MetroX has the auto turntable scanning function.

We also have a Revo Assistant that can be used in conjunction with mobile devices.

On the PC side, the automatic turntable function for other scanners has not been implemented yet.

Miraco PRO and POP3,the android app works very badly, it does not execute the given programming

GREAT APP the other one doesn’t work for me

Interestingly, the “official” revo assistant app, didn’t show the advanced tab that allows programable sequencing until I gave up trying to find it and loaded the “Unofficial app” as linked to above. After I installed that one, the official app showed the advanced tab. Maybe something missing in the official app that was installed with the unofficial one? I have to say that I use the unofficial app 100% of the time now because of the one touch buttons, rather than sliders. It also gives much more control. It’s a very good app for use with the DATT.

Cheers

My friend Johnathan develop the unofficial app and I helped him out making sure you get all combinations possible.
I used it also for capturing photos of the objects with the single rotation settings so very versatile .

Enjoy !

I get this message under Android 14 One Ui 6.1.
(My phone is a Samsung S22+)
Are you looking for Revo Assistant?
This app is not available for your device because it was developed for an older Android version…

@Revopoint-Jane will check it out with the Dev.Team on Monday when she is back in the office .
