Crumpled paper - The cheapest method for feature scanning mode

For future reference here is a cheap, easy and clean way to add enough features for a great scan alignment. Another solution one can use is crumpled fabrics, specially when scanning car features with the range

Scan made with the mini, fuse 0.2 mm and mesh quality 6, no post processing, not only the resulting mesh is clean and smooth but one can clearly see the tape thickness used to keep the broken part together

Thank you for the great tip! Tried it today when scanning a car part with mini and it made tracking so easy that i may never use marker stickers again…
