Yes, I have issues with the Scanner on PC and I think it’s due my computer don’t have USB 3.0 or they are not working fine. More tests to come :blush:

Hi @Frikarte3D

Please use WiFi connection if the USB is not available on your PC . The speed should be the same !

Btw POP4 new firmware was just released , connect to your PC via USB , and update your scanner , you will be able to collect phone photo textures and use them with your scans.

Also remember you can import your phone scans to your PC and process them there at higher quality.
