Hi I had an interesting project the other day, scanning the Turbine exhausts on a Kingair aircraft for the Queensland (Australia) Police.I used my MIRACO PLUS and was very happy with the results.

I will create the 3D models in Rhino 3D so they can import them into Solidworks.

Great demonstration of aircraft engine scanning. The results and process are very impressive!

I never thought a piece of technology could recreate such a real-life piece. I always kept a 3D scanner in my hobby area. I finally see that they are not just toys but real helpers. I’ve only had Miraco for a few weeks and I still have a lot to learn about working with it.
