I have metro X. The portability of the inspire 2 is appealing. Mostly scanning small, calculator sized objects. Not sure if I should upgrade to Metro y? Inspire or both?!
It will depends of what you need mostly .
Remember that standard version of MetroY don’t have Full Field or Auto Mode , but only 3 laser modes. Only Pro version includes all 5 modes.
Inspire 2 is great because the infrared laser mode are much stronger than regular infrared Full Field allowing to scan harder to scan surfaces and also outdoors and on the go , so definitely great addition to the arsenal especially if you have already MetroX, in many cases and situations infrared is the one to go to compliment the rest and in many other cases the only option.
INSPIRE 2 can scan bigger objects and much faster as well. Including living objects.
The 11 laser line mode is a great setup up in the game here.
I own INSPIRE 1 , it never disappointed me yet so can’t wait to get my hands on INSPIRE 2, in my humble opinion a definitely must have !
