Looks like a capable little scanner. When will they start shipping?

I love that it have infrared laser mode and infrared structure light mode for quick base scans !

The price is amazing for that too..

I am still fan of my little old INSPIRE but this one is on another level.

I don’t only want it, I need it !

I found this one extremely interesant. Did I correctly read “outdoor scanning” ??

Looks quite promising indeed.
I’m a little bit intrigued by the filters for outdoor scanning: I assume they filter out unwanted light wavelengths to improve the signal to noise ratio, or something similar?

Yes Roberto , probably thanks to the infrared laser.

It uses infrared laser what is much stronger class 2 laser compared to structured class 1 .

I remember you mentioned something recently regarding integrating Revoscan and RevoscanX. I bet that integration will come sooner than expected… (taken from the Inspire2 link, btw)

All the newest laser scanners use Revo Metro , Inspire 2 uses infrared laser that is the reason why it is under Revo Metro, the same with Trackit and the other new scanners.

We are closer to Revo Scan 6 as you see by the build number , hopefully it will finally unite both of them.

My thoughts are with the development team at this time. Welcome to integration hell

Original inspire is awesome. I use it with my phone to quickly scan parts of the car up to 1m^2.

This was done in couple of minutes with no prep. No markers, no scanning spray just little bit of dust

So i’m pretty sure it’s going to be the best all-round scanner.

Same here Sam , Inspire never let me down , it is a little beast and I never leave home without it  my daily companion .

Now I want and need Inspire 2 , no question !

Remember this one ? No markers no spray , Inspire 1 rocks !
