I can’t help you via forum as that is online store division. However all software are available to download via the Download page on the website .

Thanks for this reply… but never receive an email (in my spam too) Sunday with he activation code and download links. So thanks for the download link…. but how to activate it ? I only receive an email to thanks for my order (cool) and an another with “your command is on transit”…ok cool again but no solution. So can you see to resend it please or to cash back my 204€ if I can’t use my product. Sorry guys but you need to improve your after sale speed no ?
