Ask the staff directly. Community can’t help you with that. We/I don’t even know what you bought. Might as well have been a package without that, as far as I know.
I tried to through Kickstarter, Facebook and Email… nobody seems to be responsible.
Dunno. Could be you. I tried that (minus mail, and Facebook … cause I don’t have Facebook) and I got replies from the staff.
Though I used a private message in Kickstarter.
