Trackit VIP deposit and final Kickstarter payment

I have a VIP deposit #. When I attempt to finalize my Trackit payment with KS, there is no option to apply the VIP shipping discount. Given the final payment is like $900 USD, I’d really like to get the shipping discount I previously paid for (VIP deposit). My shipping cost should be $100 USD LESS than what the payment screen on KS shows. YES my KS account email is the same email registered with RP and used when I paid for the VIP benefits.

In the same context, how is my extended warranty applied from the VIP deposit to my KS order/backing?

This is of course time sensitive (to complete the final KS payment), so I’d like get this cleared up soon.
