You still may clean it up easy using Cloud Compare a free software for editing point clouds .

To avoid in the future , make sure the laser brightness and depth exposure is not over exposed , big issues may be micro reflections coming from material surface that is in color contrast , and most important always clean the fused scans before merge .
And of course monitor the scanning process if tok many noises appear lower the laser brightness .
